Shipping Policy
Simple Tec (Pty) Ltd will try it's best to deliver your order/s within 5 - 7 business days of purchasing. If, for any reason there is a delay in your order/s, we will inform you accordingly.
We offer free shipping Nationwide (only within the borders of The Republic of South Africa).
All items purchased under "Gigawatt Electrical" is subject to R50.00 local delivery fee (within 10km radius from us) and a Nationwide delivery fee of R200. Free delivery does not apply here.
We do not ship internationally.
We undertake to use reputable and legit Courier Companies to deliver to you.
Damages in transit
We advise all customers to thoroughly inspect all packages delivered to you and assess for damages or defects upon receipt. Should your order/s be damaged in transit to you by our Couriers, and you notice this upon receiving the package, please take photos of the damaged package and inform us immediately. We also advise that you endorse the waybill from the Courier company before they leave. If you notice the product inside the packaged box is damaged when you open the package after couriers have left, please do not attempt to investigate further on your own, please inform us immediately and we will advise you what to do.
If your order/s is damaged in transit by your Courier company in the event that you send your own couriers to collect from us, we will not be liable or responsible for the damages or defects.
Collection
If you have opted to collect your order/s, it is your responsibility to inspect and assess your parcel thoroughly before leaving our offices or collection point. We advise that you open the parcel and ensure there are no damages or defects to the product/s. If you notice any damages or defects please inform our staff immediately while you are there and we will assist you further. If you take the parcel away without proper inspection and notice it to be damaged or defective, we will not be liable for it and we may decline the return or refund request depending on certain important factors (Please refer to returns and refunds policy for more information).
